PESHAWAR – A gas cylinder explosion at Khattak Chowk in the Gulbahar area left four individuals injured on Wednesday. The unfortunate incident occurred inside a local gas cylinder shop. Preliminary investigations suggest that a gas leak was the primary cause of the blast.
Rescue 1122 swiftly responded to the distress call. “A fire erupted post the explosion, but our team managed to contain it within 35 minutes,” a representative from Rescue 1122 confirmed. The incident also resulted in two auto rickshaws being completely destroyed by the fire.
